Mondays : 5pm to 5.45pm , 4 to 5 years (Lions). 6pm to 6.45pm, 6 to 8 years (Dragons). Adults (15 years and up) 8pm to 9:15pm

Black Belt classes (Kenpo), Tuesdays 8pm in Karate Ash. IKKU Kenpo students (Seniors) at Green belt and above are welcome. Contact Gerry Murray, 086 240 8834 for further details.

Wednesdays : Ripples (Special Needs) 5pm to 5.45pm. Sport Karate: up to 8 years 6pm to 6.45pm. 9 to Teens, 6,45pm to 7.45m. Adults (15 years and up) 7.45pm to 9.15pm
